🚀 Fueling the Future Friday 🚀
It's Fueling the Future Friday, and that's exactly what we did last month at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC)!
Students from London High School and Blanson CTE High School had the opportunity to attend the in Houston and participate in the Energy4me Student STEM Workshop sponsored by ExxonMobil, where they explored careers connected to energy, engineering, technology, infrastructure, and innovation through firsthand exposure to one of the world's largest industry events.
From engaging with professionals and exhibitors to seeing cutting-edge technologies up close, students gained valuable insight into the many career pathways that help power our world. More importantly, they were able to connect classroom learning to real-world opportunities and begin envisioning what their own futures could look like.
At , we believe girls can't be what they can't see. Experiences like OTC help make those possibilities visible by providing meaningful workforce exposure and direct access to the people, technologies, and industries shaping tomorrow.
A special thank you to London High School and Blanson CTE High School for partnering with us and investing in opportunities that help students explore what's possible beyond graduation.
We would also like to thank Buckeye Partners for helping make this experience possible. Your support continues to create meaningful opportunities for students to learn, explore, and discover future career pathways.
A heartfelt thank you to Paige McCown and the Society of Petroleum Engineers for helping coordinate this experience and for their ongoing commitment to workforce development and inspiring the next generation of industry professionals.
