🎉🎉We are incredibly grateful to Ballmer Group for a transformational $450,000 investment in American Leadership Forum Tacoma/Pierce County.

This multi-year investment strengthens our ability to bring diverse leaders together, deepen relationships across differences and build the kind of connected leadership our communities need. It also gives ALF greater capacity to continue growing our Fellows Program and supporting our Senior Fellows network. With this partnership, we will continue creating spaces where leaders can learn and lead together.

More than 30 years later, ALF Class I is still showing us what leadership looks like.

These members of ALF Class I remind us that the American Leadership Forum experience doesn’t end at graduation. It grows through decades of relationships and a lifelong commitment to community.

As we continue to welcome Class ###II and recruit Fellows for Class ###III, we’re grateful for the Senior Fellows who continue to invest in one another and in the future of our region. This is the power of ALF: relationships that last far beyond the class year.

Today our CEO T’wina Nobles hosted our second Open Table Leadership Lunch. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 The next lunch is Sept. 3. Details below.

The conversations with community leaders was a reminder that some of the most meaningful leadership doesn’t happen from a podium. Leadership also happens around a table. Over lunch, with shared stories and honest questions…learning from one another. None of us lead in isolation.
