ALF Class ###II is off to Wilderness! 🌲💛

Five days away from the demands of work, schedules, emails and everyday life and five days dedicated to something we don’t always make enough time for: one another.

Wilderness is one of the most meaningful traditions of the ALF Fellows experience. Class ###II has the opportunity to slow down, be present, build trust, share stories, laugh, reflect and deepen the relationships that will carry them through the rest of their Fellows year and hopefully for many years beyond it.

They left Tacoma as a class. They will return even more connected as a community.

Our latest Open Table Leadership Lunch brought together community members for conversation, connection, and an opportunity to share knowledge about how we each approach leadership.

We enjoyed sharing more about American Leadership Forum Tacoma Pierce County and the power of our Fellows experience and Senior Fellows network.

This summer and fall, ALF is hosting two intimate Open Table lunches where leaders, changemakers, and community members can gather for honest conversation, connection, and shared learning.

No presentations. No agenda. Just meaningful dialogue over lunch.

Whether you’re an ALF Fellow, Senior Fellow, supporter, or someone curious about our work, I’d love to spend time with you.

🎉🎉We are incredibly grateful to Ballmer Group for a transformational $450,000 investment in American Leadership Forum Tacoma/Pierce County.
