Tacoma Chapter, Order of DeMolay is a youth leadership fraternity for young men ages 10 to 21.

DeMolay is an organization dedicated to preparing young men to lead successful, happy, and productive lives. Basing its approach on timeless principles and practical, hands-on experience, DeMolay opens doors for young men aged 12 to 21 by developing the civic awareness, personal responsibility and leadership skills so vitally needed in society today. DeMolay combines this serious mission with a fu

n approach that builds important bonds of friendship among members in more than 1,000 chapters worldwide. DeMolay alumni include Walt Disney, John Wayne, Walter Cronkite, football Hall-of-Famer Fran Tarkenton, legendary Nebraska football coach Tom Osborne, news anchor David Goodnow and many others. Each has spoken eloquently of the life-changing benefit gained from their involvement in DeMolay.

Bring holiday magic to kids at MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. ✨
Toys for Kids in partnership with DeMolay Tacoma helps families enjoy the holidays without additional financial stress. Social workers partner with Toys For Kids to identify chronically ill children in need. Then on Dec. 12 volunteers take over Target in Tacoma, selecting gifts specific to participating patients’ (and their siblings!) wish lists.

DeMolay Tacoma had a great time at Urban Air yesterday. We had 10 of our members show up plus 15 friends. Lots of jumping, climbing, laughing and general shenanigans. We will have some of these friends join this upcoming weekend at Grand Masters Class! demolaytacoma.org

DeMolay Tacoma had a great Official Visit yesterday. Our SMC, Gregory, along with the State Corps, came to our meeting last night. We welcomed a new Member, Ta"shawn. We had our brothers from the Tri Cities come over to reclaim the Traveling Gavel. We finished the evening with an indoor snowball fight. Let’s Go Tacoma!!!

Tacoma Chapter had an awesome installation! We installed 15 officers and had a bunch of visitors. Our installation team did great, and brother Charlie was our Installing Officer. We were honored to have brother Zach perform the Flower talk and brother Shua perform the Ceremony of Light.
Thank you to everyone who attended and congratulations brother Michael on becoming Master Councilor. We’re aiming for 21 officers at our next installation, can’t wait to see everyone there!

6 of our guys attended DeMolay Leadership Camp last week. It was a week filled with lots of learning, fun, and fellowship.Charlie was elected to be his cabin MC. Zach was DeMolay of the Day. Soren became proficient. Charlie earned his Representative DeMolay award.
