Looking to expand your clinical skills and effectively serve those who protect our communities?

Our partners at BHCore (administered by UW School of Social Work) are offering Shield, an 8-hour training session designed to equip clinicians with critical knowledge, cultural fluency, and practical tools to support first responders. Led by Forensic & Operational Psychologist Dr. Stacy Cecchet, this training covers trauma-informed care, stigma, confidentiality, first-responder families, and more.

What You’ll Learn:
* Cultural competency regarding occupational stressors and values
* Culturally adapted clinical interventions and rapport-building
* Navigating WA state documentation and confidentiality standards
* Addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
