University YMCA Student Center UW and YMCA of Pierce & Kitsap Counties provides an inclusive space for all people to learn and grow

We offer programs and services to enable youth to realize their potential, help adults commit to a healthy lifestyle, and connect older adults to a community. As a charity, the Y gives back over $14 million a year in financial assistance and subsidized programs to make sure that everyone can access life-changing programs at the Y.

We've installed massage guns on every floor to help you recover, reduce muscle soreness, and keep moving after your workouts. Each location includes different massage heads designed for specific muscle groups and recovery needs:

📍 Studio 1 (1st Floor) – Ball & Fork Head
📍 Basketball Court Turf (2nd Floor) – Ball & Wedge Head
📍 Track Benches (3rd Floor) – Ball & Flat Head

We recently hosted 40 students for our first Casual Career Connections dinner in partnership with the SET Student Success team! Students shared a meal with UWT SET alumni, asked honest questions about life after college, explored career paths, and built meaningful connections in a relaxed, welcoming space. 💜

A huge thank you to our alumni guests for sharing your experiences and advice with the next generation of professionals. We’re excited to continue creating spaces where students can connect, learn, and grow together.
