Ryanne Miller with A2 PHYSICAL THERAPY was one of our speakers at our in person meeting at Allenmore Golf Course last Thursday. She does amazing work with all ages of clients. You can schedule one-on-one appointments, come in with a partner, parent, friend or child, or join one of her fun group classes! Ryanne offers unique accountability to her clients and is fantastic at helping you achieve your fitness goals.

June 2021–The session that changed everything‼️

This is the first session I said yes..

👉🏽Yes to renting a full frame camera I had really wanted to shoot with.

👉🏽Yes to renting the long flowy dress that I wanted for epic photos.

👉🏽Yes to driving up to Mt. Rainier even though it would be a longer day away from home.

👉🏽Yes to waking up before the crack of dawn for sunrise photos even though it was super overcast in the morning 😂

👉🏽Yes to committing to do the thang!

I remember uploading these photos and looking at the raw images in disbelief. I couldn’t believe these were my photos.

I share this to ask what is that thing you have been pushing to the side that you just need to say yes too?

Have you felt a little nudge or restlessness? Take time to listen. You never know what doors will open up by saying yes. ❤️

Shannon Canty of Rejuvenating drops with Shannon Canty gave us ways to easily identify toxins in our daily-use products and recommended non-toxic alternatives.
