Our teens wrapped up an exciting week full of teamwork, spirit, and adventure! ⚡🏆

This summer, our Teen Program has been competing in Harry Potter House Teams, earning points through fun challenges and an exciting Spirit Week. To finish off the week, they took a trip to the Broadway Farmers Market, where they enjoyed the sunshine, explored local vendors, and practiced the public transportation skills they learned through Pierce Transit. We're so proud of their teamwork, independence, and willingness to try new things! 💛

Last Thursday, our members reached for the stars! 🌟 Thank you to the Pacific Science Center for bringing the Science On Wheels Mobile Planetarium to our Club and providing such a fun, hands-on learning experience.

🚀 Space came to us! Our members had an amazing time exploring the wonders of space without ever leaving the Club. We appreciate this unforgettable learning experience!

Our first quarter of the year Volunteer of the Quarter winner is Ms. Laura Smith. Ms Laura moved here from California and reached out to volunteer at our Milgard Family Eastside Branch - Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound. Ms. Laura was eager to begin helping and getting programs in for our Club kids. Ms Laura started volunteering in October 2025, and comes to volunteer 2-3 times a week! Ms. Laura engages all the kids when at the Club, helps where needed, and has been a great help at Club!
