Next Saturday we will have a picnic at the Pavilion of Whittier Park
(Fircrest)

TIME: 4:00pm to 8:00pm open house/park style, eating at 5:30

BRING: a small dish to share, maybe a game, maybe a friend who would
like to volunteer!

PROVIDED: Burgers and hot dogs

PREPARATION: email/text a student with whom you’ve worked (as
appropriate) and maybe offer a ride; pray for a great time

OTHER DATES: SEPT 14th, Orientation for new volunteers; SEPT 16th
Better English on Sixth begins and continues Mondays, 6:50-8:30!

Last month we had a ton of fun, and nine square was a real highlight!

We had to take a break for the pandemic and it took us some time to get ready again. But we are here now.

We are offering free English lessons and homework help every Monday 6:50 -8:30 pm at 620 S Shirley st Tacoma, WA 98402
