Finding Fifteen Feathers by Karen Benveniste.
Out on walks, I frequently find fallen feathers and marvel at their distinct colors, gorgeous designs and multi-purpose uses. Feathers repel water, impress potential mates, provide camouflage and of course, enable flight. They are a wonder and an inspiration.
Accordion book, feathers on Japanese paper; cloth-covered box, wallpaper, antique button, cording, beads, collage papers, wasp nests, hand writing.
