* We have distributed over 2 million pounds of food since 2015, to over 70,000 neighbors.

* The vast majority of the food we distribute is freshly harvested produce. We don’t turn away less-nutritious food, but we are laser focused on providing fresh produce and nutritious food.

* Most of the food we distribute is collected by neighbors in just a couple of hours

On the tables today. Rhubarb, lettuce, mung beans, salad kits, broccoli, onions, shredded carrots, several varieties of potatoes, drinks, tortillas, canned goods, and pantry items. Also 2 dozen duck eggs and 2 dozen chicken eggs on the front porch. Take 1 or 1 of each. The duck eggs are white and in a clear plastic carton. I need the plastic carton back please. Please use the bags provided or bring your own. DON'T TAKE THE BINS, ANYTHING FROM THE DRIVEWAY, OR HARVEST ANYTHING FROM THE GARDEN. Please be respectful of my neighbors and my home. Don't leave your trash anywhere around the neighborhood. Please only take from the sharing area.

On the table today. Potatoes, canned goods, macaroni and cheese, raisins, bagels, hygiene supplies, and homemade English muffins. Please use the bags provided or bring your own. DON'T TAKE THE BINS. DON'T TAKE ANYTHING FROM THE DRIVEWAY OR HARVEST ANYTHING FROM THE GARDEN. Please be respectful and only take from the sharing area. My neighbor came over to tell me someone hit his mailbox and are leaving trash in his right of way. Please respect my neighborhood. I put cones up by his mailbox and I'm going to have to get some Redi Mix to repair his mailbox. Also there's duck and chicken eggs on the porch for free. Please only take one and if you take the duck eggs please bring back the plastic carton and be careful and hold it from the bottom. They are kind of floppy.

Thanks everyone everything on the list has been fulfilled.

I spent the day at Paul's Garden getting it ready to plant. It has raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, apples, grapes, currant, and rhubarb planted. It's also has 2 raised beds that are going to get bush beans in one and the other will get summer scallop squash. It also has a 30' x 30' garden space that I'm going to plant with corn. Because the garden is in Elk Plain/ Spanaway it is mandatory to have automatic irrigation. I used all the supplies that you all donated. I used 2 4 zone controllers, a single zone controller, a 150' hose, a 50' soaker hose, 2 25' soaker hoses, a 3 way hose splitter, a 2 way hoses splitter, and 2 tripod sprinklers. I still need a few items to finish it and get the controllers turned on. I need 3 10' hoses, a 50' hose, and 1 more tripod sprinkler. I made an Amazon shopping list for this garden to make it easy to find the items. I hope some of you have a few dollars to donate these 5 items, all the items are under $40. Please help if you can or if money is tight then please share this post.

Here's where I am with getting the Farm all planted. The 20 beds in front are done and 4 in back are planted and two more filled. I still have 14 beds to fill pluses the vertical garden that I still need to build. I also have 2 more beds to assemble. I'm looking for 3 more beds to finish the season off. I'm going to try to finish this Sunday if anyone wants to come help. If you want to help come anytime after 10am this coming Sunday.

Don't park next to any cone in the street, in the middle of the street, or any of my neighbors driveways that includes blocking them. DON'T Move The Cones.
