While our Extra Measure campaign runs through the end of June, today is the last day to have your name and song sponsorship listed in the program for our 'Celebration in Song' concert. We need your help to make sure these inspiring students soar in song for the final weeks of this season! Your donations help us provide scholarship support to participate in the program, purchase supplies, pay for venues, and provide a small but caring and dedicated team of directors, accompanists, guest artists, clinicians, and operational support specialists. Remembering this photo from a rehearsal a few years ago, Tacoma Youth Chorus says a heartfelt 'thank you' and 'brava' to Sarah Ioannides for her 12 years of partnership and community leadership as Conductor and Music Director of Symphony Tacoma ! Our singers gain so much from working with her and Dr. Geoffrey Boers on the symphony's Holiday Favorites concerts and we are grateful for the legacy of her contributions to the arts scene in Tacoma and the surrounding communities. Following an inspiring final performance with the symphony and Symphony Tacoma Voices this past weekend, we wish her and Symphony Tacoma continued success as they begin their next chapters.
