🚨 Important Operations Update 🚨

We have resumed limited operations as Shatone, our driving force, is still recovering.

Our amazing volunteers are working hard to keep things moving and continue supporting our community, but we kindly ask for patience and understanding during this temporary transition.

At this time, please allow 48–72 hours for responses to messages, calls, and inquiries, as response times may be slower than usual.

For now, we are unable to accommodate pickups or drop-offs, and we are temporarily unable to accept donations while recovery, inventory, and organizational needs are being managed. We know how generous this community is, and we are incredibly grateful for your continued support and patience.

We will continue to share updates as operations gradually expand. Thank you for your grace, kindness, and understanding as we work through this season of recovery together. 💙

We’re happy to share that surgery went well, and recovery is underway. Thank you to everyone who has sent support, kind messages, and well wishes — it has meant so much. 💙

As a reminder, we are closed for the rest of this week and operations will remain limited during recovery. Our dedicated volunteers will be doing their very best to keep things running as smoothly as possible, but there may be occasional delays, disruptions, or slower response times as we navigate this temporary adjustment.

We kindly ask for patience and understanding during this time as everyone works hard to continue supporting our mission.

We are also still temporarily unable to accept additional donations while inventory and organization systems are being caught up. We are incredibly grateful for the community’s continued generosity and support and will share updates as soon as donations can resume.

📣 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED THIS SUNDAY AT 12:00 PM 📣

We’re looking for a few extra hands this Sunday to help sort, move, and organize our medical equipment inventory.

As many of you know, I have an upcoming surgery, and we’re working hard to get everything organized beforehand so volunteers can easily access supplies and continue helping the community while I recover. We’ll mainly be moving inventory between our storage units and getting things better sorted and accessible.

🦽 Tasks may include:
• Sorting medical equipment
• Moving items between units
• Organizing inventory
• Light lifting/teamwork

Even an hour of your time would make a huge difference and help keep our mission moving forward during recovery.
