⚖️ REPRESENTATION MATTERS. EXPOSURE MATTERS.
Black Americans make up nearly 14% of the U.S. population, yet only about 5% of U.S. lawyers are Black. That means we need more of our young people to see themselves as future attorneys, judges, prosecutors, advocates, and leaders.
Could the next one be right here in the PNW? 👩🏾⚖️👨🏾⚖️
Join us for the FREE Community Youth & Law Forum, where middle and high school students will:
⚖️ Observe real juvenile court hearings
📚 Learn about their legal rights & responsibilities
👩🏾⚖️ Explore careers in law and the justice system
🎓 Learn about HBCUs and preparing for college
🍽️ Enjoy food, games, prizes & gift cards!
More than 300,000 students attend HBCUs nationwide, and this year we’re bringing Links Love HBCUs to the forum to help PNW students discover opportunities beyond our region.
