I’m a true worker and a valued asset. You will feel my absence. You will understand what I have done for the organization and the burden’s I carried silently with no support or recognition, but it didn’t stop me from being the Heroine I took my obligation to be. I am not a title person. I am a knower Doer and thinker when new leadership inserts themselves without understanding the play field, they create more chaos and sometimes lose the help. New and upcoming leaders must know your players before you stage your team. You will lose valuable players if you’re not careful.
