When Your Heart Is Broken, God Is Still Near
Have you ever reached a place where life feels too heavy to carry? Where your heart is shattered, your spirit feels weary, and you quietly wonder if help will ever come?
Maybe you’ve been holding back tears that no one sees. Maybe you’ve prayed through the night, asking God why it hurts so deeply and when the breakthrough will finally come. But hear this truth today: you are not forgotten, and you are not alone.
Psalm 34:18 declares, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
This means in your lowest moment, God is not distant—He is near. In your pain, He is present. In your brokenness, He is working.
You may feel broken, but you are still in the hands of a healing God. What has wounded you does not have the final word over your life. The Lord is able to restore what was lost, breathe life into what feels dead, and heal the deepest places of your soul that no one else can reach.
