The National Kidney Foundation is the leading organization in the U.S. dedicated to the awareness, prevention and treatment of kidney disease for hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals, millions of patients and their families, and tens of millions of Americans at risk. eness and funds lifesaving programs that educate and support patients, their families and those at risk. With the increase in diabetes and high blood pressure -- two major kidney disease risk factors -- kidney disease is on the rise. We’re working to reach the 73 million American adults at risk with important prevention messages before it's too late. Each year, more than 100,000 walkers join the NKF to raise millions of dollars to help kidney patients and their families. Your participation in our events has never been more critical.
