Did You Know!

BirthRight of Onondaga County was started in 1977. That’s 49 years of service to women of CNY.
We had a very busy 2025!!

In 2025 we gave out 150 Layettes. A LAYETTE is a bag of necessities for newborns each valued at $200-225. Resources are always delivered in a gentle, confidential and non-judgmental manner and at no cost.

We receive a very large portion of the items for the Layettes from Baby Showers hosted by Churches and Community Groups. We rarely have 100% of the items needed and last year we purchased $9,500 of baby necessities.

We operate from Donations and Fundraisers like
Free Will Offerings, Baby Bottle Drives
and Baby Showers.
All staff and board members are dedicated local volunteers with backgrounds in legal, finance, medical, education, and business professions.

To CNY mothers in need, Birthright has an overflow of warm clothing and coats for INFANT GIRLS 9 MONTHS TO 24 MONTHS.
Call Birthright at 315 479-5807 and please bring I.D. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (except for Holidays) so YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

Birthright now has many SNOWSUITS and warm clothes for infants, sizes 6 months to 9 months - boys and girls - as well as gift bags for new mothers and many resources for mothers in need.

We are a non-profit located in Syracuse at 346 N. Midler Avenue (strip mall off James Street in Eastwood). By appointment only - call 315 479-5807.

We care for and serve all pregnant moms and women with new- borns and infants - since 1977 in CNY.

WE ARE A RESOURCE CENTER FOR PREGNANT WOMEN AND NEW MOMS:

Need baby clothes up to 12 months? Winter coats/snowsuits for infants and toddlers? Gift bags for newborns?
Diapers - newborn to size 2?

We take donations of gently -used clothing newborn up to 6x.

All services and goods are free to clients - MUST MAKE APPOINTMENT - Call 315 479-5807.

We are open Mon, Tues, Wed and Friday from 10 am to 2 pm.
