We serve youth ages 6-17.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focusing on health of the youth population. We are fully mobile and virtual, and also have a B2B business model. Our focus is to improve heart health and reduce the prevalence of heart disease in the USA. Since the risk factors for heart disease include inactivity, sedentary lifestyle and obesity, we provide activity and fitness services. Physical fitness also has posi

tive effects on brain function, mood, sleep, mental health, and acts as a anti depressant. Our current services include dispatching mobile coaches, certification program, as well as virtual fitness.
