We recently visited SheConnects OCO, an Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. (OCO) program supported by the Women’s Fund of CNY 💜

This monthly gathering offers women a welcoming space to connect, access important health and hygiene products, and learn through programming designed to support their well-being.

We’re proud to support initiatives like SheConnects that create meaningful opportunities for connection and access to essential resources in our community.

We loved visiting The Nook Community Space in Oswego 💜

Hosted by The Desens House, The Nook creates a welcoming space where women (often with their children) can gather, connect, and get creative each week. From crafts to conversation - and even a warm beverage and muffin - it’s a beautiful example of community in action.

We’re proud our grant helps fund the craft supplies that make this space possible. ✨

We gathered on a snowy evening last week with a group of women interested in joining the Leadership Council of the Women’s Fund of CNY, while also creating space for our current members to connect.

It was a meaningful opportunity to share more about our history and the incredible organizations we've supported throughout Central New York. We’re grateful for the energy and enthusiasm of those looking to get involved.

We had the pleasure of visiting one of our 2025 grant recipients, Oswego County P TECH, to experience their Them in STEM program firsthand. During our visit, students connected with a team from Novelis, who shared insights about their Oswego facility and highlighted exciting future career opportunities.
