While sharing meals and conversations with local leaders, a profound need for connection and community for leaders within our area became crystal clear. It was like a lightbulb moment โ I knew I wanted to create a space for genuine connection, self-care, and collaborative problem-solving. Imagine quarterly gatherings โ dinners, retreats, workshops, or even a fun photoshoot at Green Lakes for fresh headshots. Come as you are โ yoga pants or business suits, it doesn't matter! I envision this space as a source of inspiration and encouragement for youโwith peer support, self-care and rejuvenation time, professional growth, and opportunities for sharing.
๐ฟFIRST EVENT will be a one-day local CNY retreat on September 15, 2024 for leaders to come together in community, refill our own wells and creative spirit, and inspire each other with sharing, connection, and open discussion. It would be a chance to reset after a busy summer and get ready for the fall season.

Someone with an active current leadership role in Central New York
Must be in a leadership role and manage or direct a team
Open to all industries (volunteer organizations, charities and nonprofit leaders are all welcome!)
