Someone asked how Salt City NTRAK module legs are constructed. These measurements are designed for legs made out of 1/2" plywood. CNC's are great now a days.
This can be adapted to be built out of 1x6" pine ripped at an angle. Remember 1-by is actually 3/4" thick. The leg face labeled "L" would need the hole drilled at 1-1/4" from the non tapered edge, not the 1-1/2" shown in the drawing to maintain 2" from outside edge.
The top of the V notch opening is missing the dimension and should be 5/8". The diameter of the hole at the bottom of the V notch is 3/8". Measurements in red oval provide location to the center of the 3/8" hole. 1/4-20 x 1-3/4" bolts with wing nuts and fender washers are used on module frame to recieve the V notch. Cast wingnuts with washers all in one are available online and make it easier then dealing with a fender washer. The bigger the washer the better. They are only hand tightened as the module actually rests on the 1/2" strip mounted 3-1/4" from the top. This allows for a standard 1x4 pine frame with table top mounted to the top of the frame (not recessed).
These legs make for an incredibly stable base for NTRAK modules even when standing alone with no other modules clamped to it.
