Hall of Fame Coach Jim Boeheim and New York Knicks star: Carmelo K. Anthony have partnered with the City of

Syracuse Department of Parks, Recreation & Youth Programs, in conjunction with Time Warner Cable and TVOne to refurbish and/or completely rebuild three sites in the Syracuse, New York area; Schiller Park, Skiddy Park, and Wilson Park.
