It is ❗

Authenticity can be a powerful form of prevention. When we show up as our true selves, we create space for honest dialogue, reduce pressure to meet unrealistic expectations, and encourage others to seek support without shame. Being real helps foster connection, resilience, and healthier communities. 🌱

Our children and teens are facing a serious mental health crisis, with rising rates of anxiety, depression, and other conditions.

❗ About one in five youth has a diagnosable mental or behavioral disorder, yet many do not receive the care they need, which can affect their learning, development, and overall well-being.

πŸ’‘ It is important we reduce stigma by continuing to talk about mental health in adults and children and encourage everyone to get the help they deserve.

Positive mental health is essential for kids! It means reaching milestones, learning healthy social skills & coping when there are problems. Let's bring awareness about the needs of children's mental health!
