CNY Camp Good Days Camp Good Days & Special Times prides themselves on providing support for families impacted by cancer and sickle cell for over 40 years!

Like & follow for updates on CNY year-round programming, camping sessions and special events! Camp Good Days strives to improve the quality of life for families affected by cancer or sickle cell anemia through residential camping programs and year-round recreational and support activities, in the Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse, New York areas. At Camp Good Days, participants have the opportunity

to regain some of what cancer has taken away from them. While a vast majority of our participants reside in NY, Camp Good Days has no geographical boundaries and accepts children from all 50 states and all over the world.

On Sunday April 12th, we were invited by local business owner Ryan, and his CGD volunteer mom Nancy to a fun afternoon throwing it back with old Pinball arcade games!
Speaking of throw back, i bet spending time with Camp Good Days for Ryan was a throwback. Because fun fact, Ryan is a PAST CAMPER!
These are the types on bonds and connections we love to see. Campers coming back to share their love for Camp, and giving that to the next generation.

Thank you Ryan, Nancy and Skill Shot Arcade for inviting us to such a fun event. It was such a great success and fun for the kids, and kids at heart!

April is volunteer appreciation month!

We could NEVER do what we do without our amazing volunteers! Today we are spotlighting our 2025 JR Good Days volunteers.

These volunteers sign up for 4 days of day camp for our youngest Campers. This is where some of the most special bonds start.

Thank YOU for making Jr. Good Days possible, for making Good Days & Special Times for these kids. YOU make the difference in the lives of kids affected by cancer or sickle cell.

Last night was a night was filled with laughter, connection, light and holiday spirit!

CNY Camp Good Days spent the night at Heritage Hill Brewhouse. Families enjoyed dinner, crafts, cookie decorating, smores and i think the favorite activity was sledding!

Thanks to our amazing donors each family went home with a game night basket. Filled with games and goodies to soak up that quality time together. Thank you to everyone who made that possible. We can’t do it without YOU!

And always, thank you to our amazing volunteers who always take our events to the next level for our kids!
