Community Health Advocates at ACR Connecting YOU to Affordable Health Care! Community Health Advocates is a program administered by AIDS Community Resources.

We assist consumers, communities, and social service organizations in navigating New York’s healthcare systems and services. We help people understand and access public and commercial health insurance, affordable prescriptions, and other health care options. We work with everyone in the community regardless of income level or employment status. We serve ACR's nine county region; Onondaga, Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson, Lewis, St. Lawrence, Madison, Oneida and Herkimer.
