A huge shoutout to Henninger High School’s Building Men group who came out to help tackle part 2 of mulching the Sunnycrest Trails. The bottom trail is nearly completely mulched, free of hazardous branches, and litter picked because of the efforts of these young community leaders. We have some amazing youth in our community doing GREAT things.

Thank you to Syracuse Parks & Recreation and OCRRA.org for providing/transporting the mulch, the Eastwood Community Garden for providing tools, and various neighbors who shared their wheelbarrows. It takes a village within the city. See you on the trails! 🥾👋
