A total of 30 students were welcomed into Sigma at the Le Moyne campus on Monday, April 28th. As the recipient of the 2024 Omicron at Large Research Scholarship, Dr. Kattiria Rosario-Gonzalez, PhD, RN, FNYAM gave an inspirational keynote address on the importance of Sigma's support in her nursing inquiry. Apologies for the late post. Please congratulate the 2024 Upstate and Le Moyne Omicron at-Large inductees! A total of 21 students were welcomed into Sigma at the Le Moyne campus on Thursday, May 2nd. Maria MacPherson delivered a motivating keynote address on the importance of nursing in healthcare! Hats off to our new inductees!

We are Omicron at-Large

We are a chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma). Our members include alumni from Syracuse University, and students and alumni from Le Moyne College and SUNY Upstate Medical University. Nurses are inducted into our chapter during Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing or Graduate Nursing programs at the above schools. Nurses whose programs do not have an affiliated College of Nursing may also be inducted through Nursing Leader applications. We are one of hundreds of chapters from dozens of countries that make up Sigma.
