Join ESF NYWEA and the Young Professionals tomorrow Friday 10/22 for tour for the Syracuse Metro Wastewater Facility followed by a trip to Buried Acorn.
We will meet at the metro parking lot at 3:50 for a 40 minute tour then head over to Buried Acorn.

• Turn on the tap, and clean water flows out. Flush the toilet, and dirty water goes away.
• When you have reliable water service, you don’t have to think about the infrastructure that brings water to your home or business and returns it safely to the environment – but we should.
• On Imagine a Day Without Water, we ask everyone to consider what their day would be like if they couldn’t turn on the tap and get clean drinking water, or if you flushed the toilet and wastewater didn’t go anywhere.

A successful weekend in Chicago at WEFTEC. We were able to bring 11 students this year thanks to support from New York Water Environment Association - NYWEA. We presented at the student design competition, and participated in the student process competition, networking, technical sessions and more!
Get involved with this amazing group of students and you could be going to New Orleans next year.
