Important information regarding the GSSHOF Nomination process!

Individuals who are nominated, but not selected for induction, will remain on the ballot for up to five years before they have to be re-nominated.
When reviewing the Nomination List (link on our website), please note the nomination year. Individuals who are listed with a 2021 nomination year will be removed if they are not re-nominated before November 30, 2026.

As we enter a new year, the GSSHOF is seeking individuals interested in joining our Board of Directors!

We’re looking for community members who:
*Believe in and support the mission of the GSS HOF
*Bring a knowledge of accomplished athletic individuals and teams throughout the greater Syracuse area
*Possess skills in leadership, finance, fundraising, marketing, or community engagement
*Think strategically and work well with others
*Can commit time for meetings, events, and initiatives
*Are willing to monetarily support our largest event of the year, the GSS HOF Induction Ceremony and Dinner
*Act with integrity and in the organization’s best interest

If you (or someone you know) would be a interested in being a part of the GSSHOF, please send us a brief email to [email protected] with a short bio on why they would be a good candidate for the board.
