NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family members, significant others, and friends of people living with mental health conditions. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition.

💚 NAMI is starting two Family-to Family sessions in September. One in the Syracuse area and one in Oneida.

Did a presentation today on "Strategies to Cope with Anxiety and Depression." Met with the wonderful people who volunteer as foster grandparents in Syracuse city schools. Great conversations today about mental illness. Grateful to people who find purpose in helping our youth.
