Tonight’s the night. Our 35th Annual New Beginnings Gala is officially sold out, and we are so grateful for the support of our community.

The gala starts at 6 p.m. on the first floor of The Oncenter. Please check in at the registration table. Parking in the garage is free.

A special thank you to the Skaneateles-Marcellus Swim & Dive Team for their continued support of Vera House! 💜

For more than a decade, this wonderful group of student-athletes has helped raise funds and spread the word about our mission. Recently, team members joined The Morning Mess on 95X to share more about their partnership with us and help promote this year's New Beginnings Gala.

It means so much to have young people in our community who care about making a difference. We're so grateful for all they do and can't wait to see them at our 35th Annual New Beginnings Gala this Friday!

This Friday, The Traveling Tees will be at Vera House, Inc.'s New Beginnings Gala with our golf simulator, and we still need sponsors to help make it count.

Here's how your gift helps:

🎯 Green Hit Sponsors: When a guest lands on the green, a sponsor covers the donation for that shot. Sponsors of $500 or more will have their name with the golf portion of the event. Every sponsor makes it easier for the next one to say yes.

🏆 Distance Bonus Sponsor: $10,000 for a hole in one, less $1,000 for every foot the closest shot lands from the pin. The closer our guests get, the more Vera House receives.

Guests will name their own price per shot, starting at $25, so every swing raises money for Vera House.

Every bit helps, and all donations go directly to Vera House.

Healing takes time, and having support along the way can make a big difference. 💜

Vera House offers several group sessions and workshops where survivors and their loved ones can connect with others and find support.

Here's a look at some of our current offerings:

💜 Partners in Healing: Support for parents and caregivers of children who have experienced abuse.

💜 Beyond Survival: A safe, supportive space for women who have experienced sexual violence.

💜 Coping Skills Workshop Series: Helping young adults learn ways to handle stress and difficult emotions.

💜 Foundations of Healthy Relationships: Learn more about healthy communication, setting boundaries, and building healthy relationships.

💜 The Power to Change: Helping women who have experienced abuse build confidence and take steps toward positive change.

Everyone's healing journey is different. Our groups offer a place to talk, learn, and feel supported along the way.
