On Saturday September 17th, members of the CVR Lions club took part in vision screenings at the Neighborhood Health and Wellness Fair at Brady Market!! 👓 We love seeing members contributing to the mission and wellness of others! We have already been able to use a portion of the money we fundraised to create Care Bags for the Syracuse homeless. Each bag has 2 disposable masks, hand sanitizer, soap, socks, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a snack! Amazing work from the Syracuse CVR Lions! 🦁

Syracuse CVR Lions Club needs your help to support one of Syracuse's most vulnerable populations. Those experiencing homelessness face unique challenges that have been exacerbated by the COVID19 pandemic. As such, we are eager to continue our efforts to assemble and donate care bags to the Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse - a local homeless shelter committed to serving and uplifting individuals in our community. Care bags consist of a variety of items including masks, hand sanitizer, socks, and personal hygiene products, among other essentials. Together, we can make a difference in our community by connecting needs with resources.
