In our latest E-alert, ERASE Racism asked all of Long Island’s Congress members and congressional candidates to take a stand on Trump’s policy limiting legal refugee admissions to white South Africans/Afrikaners.

We’re also calling on YOU, our community, to challenge your Congress members and congressional candidates.

Ask them where they stand on the Refugee Ban and urge them to oppose it.

The U.S. refugee program SHOULD be protecting the most vulnerable people from all over the globe.

Instead, this policy enables the architects of the Apartheid system and advances white supremacy to further erode what’s left of our multiracial democracy.
