When a child enters foster care, they lose the comfort of the familiar. Through your prayers, support, and generosity, we can help restore their childhood—piece by piece. Whether it is providing a safe bed to sleep in, a warm meal, or the simple comfort of knowing their community cares, every single gift acts as a vital puzzle piece that helps make a child’s life whole again.

No piece is too small. Together, we can help rebuild hope, restore a sense of belonging, and bring back the joy of childhood for these precious kids.

When a child enters foster care, they are often uprooted from everything familiar. Coming into a new home can feel overwhelming and uncertain. That is why our ministry places such a high priority on providing brand-new bedding for every child who receives a bed through our ministry.

We need twin size bed-in-a-bag sets for all ages! And what better time to buy them than during Prime Days (Oct 6-7) and Walmart Deal Days (Oct 5-11) sales!? 🛍️

❓Did you know that when we deliver a bed to a child, we also give new bedding and a new pillow? In the last 12 months, we have delivered 1️⃣,0️⃣6️⃣2️⃣ beds and bedding ministry wide! 🛏️

Caseworkers run on love, coffee, and snacks. We've got the love covered. We need YOU for the rest! ☕🍩💛

Love on Caseworkers is back in Worth County! Pick a month, show up at our local DFCS office with a treat, and make a caseworker's whole week. Goody bags, a meal, a beverage bar, gift cards, handmade cards... even a bag of chips and a sweet note counts. (Seriously. Never underestimate the power of a good snack.) 😉

Your church, business, civic group, or even your Sunday school class can do it, and it doesn't have to cost a fortune. Be as creative as you want!

🧩 Restoring Childhood Piece By Piece 🧩

Every milestone deserves to be celebrated, but for teens in foster care, crossing the graduation stage or dancing at prom represents something even bigger: resilience, triumph, and hope for the future. Today's story about a teen boy shows the importance of being able to participate in these events.

"We had been working with a teen who came into care just shy of the 6 month mark before turning 18, and because of this, he was not eligible for any help from the state with prom and graduation items. We were able to help him get everything he needed for prom, honors night, signing day, and graduation. After graduation, he asked if we would be able to provide him with a laptop for school and we told him of course we could! We had a donor not only donate a laptop, but also every possible accessory to go along with it: an extra keyboard, mouse, larger monitor, and backpack. We were blown away by the generous donation, and by the smile on this young man’s face, you could tell it was more than he could have dreamed for."
