The Arc of South Talladega County is seeking a position for Executive Director. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in special education, sociology or related professional field and 3 year's experience working with individual's with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in budget development and fiscal management and the ability to effectively engage in community relations.
