Mom Group Circa 2020
This will be the only time I address this publicly because this page was not created to share my personal life.
In 2020 I created one of the BEST MOM GROUPS in the area. This is how I got to know ALOT of people in the area, especially a lot of MOMS. I was asked to create this group after being a member of a previous group that focused on business and money and not actual parenting…….many of the members asked me to start my own group so I did. It quickly grew to surpass the original group. In the end the group was about 4,500-5k members.
(Which of course the admin of the original did not like or appreciate). I ignored the outrage and harassment from her and her close friends and focused my attention on my own group.
• Hosting monthly mom nights
• Activities for kids
• Organizing with friends to host Events, Easter
• Halloween Trick or Treat at the Park
• Group Halloween Pictures for Moms and Kids
• Adopt - A - Family for Christmas that helped many families with their entire Christmas list for their families
• Emergency shopping during Covid for families needed essential items
• Organizing Photographers for school pictures
• Easter Basket Deliveries for the Kids
• Fairy Deliveries to make mommies smile
• High School Senior Baskets during the shutdown
• ZOOM Meeting w/professionals during COVID
My group goal was to bring mothers and children together and make great things happen since it’s so hard to find “your people” in Carroll County.
This group was NOT organized around church, school, or sports groups so it was very popular and grew very quickly. We did not sell ANYTHING and there was no charge for ANYTHING. There was also a website that I created and maintained to try and organize gatherings. For a short period I briefly charged for advertising on the website. Only a SMALL amount of people paid almost nothing…….
Then there was COVID which of course brought division.
Then there was POLITICS which of course brought division.
(During this time there were SEVERAL irrate members and former members of the previous group that had essentially went off the wagon and began becoming disrespectful towards other members or myself, they were swiftly REMOVED to keep the peace AFTER I attempted to mediate beforehand)
(These are the women that have been speaking negative about me for YEARS and now continue to do so on the same mom group I started)
NOTHING was done to HARM ANYONE. They were literally just removed from a GREAT mom group. I tried to mediate and they were NOT willing to be kind.
One of the last major achievements we did as a group was help get kids back in school after Covid. So many mothers had reached out to me and begged me to help since their children were suffering through virtual learning. My child was one of them. So we made it our mission to get the kids back in school and that’s exactly what we did before any other school districts in Maryland. We gathered parents to protest and speak up at board meeting and speak about their experience.
This opened the door for other groups like Concerned Parents and Moms for Liberty.
I started working for CCPS (temp), shortly after to help with the opening of the schools in the lunchroom and then transitioned out of CCPS into my current career. My time was not invested in the mom group any longer, I mentioned this a few times at the end.
Immedietly after the Elections where BMW was elected my personal account was shut down for sharing too much COVID information. (This was a targeted attack) This was LINKED to the Moms Group. I had a few different pages because of this reason, which explains the other profiles.
I was bullied into shutting them down and then the WORST happened. The group was unassigned due to my personal account being temporarily removed. I was not able to get through FB to fix this. During this time, the group was STOLEN by left wing radicals. I contacted FB, I contacted the police. Nothing was able to be done.
I created Carroll Access specifically for Elections. I realized how out of touch most of the community was and how important elections are, Especially to preserve our beautiful county I feel so lucky to live in.
I work hard to research, create reels, and short clips so others do not have to spend 6 hours watching meetings each days. I am a conservative so the group DOES lean towards those candidates and ideals however I have been known to call out Democrats AND Republicans in our County for their actions.
To everyone who has been a part of this journey, followed along, assisted, and shared, THANK YOU. I will continue, this is a great hobby.
Thanks for ALL the LOVE and I appreciate the haters for sharing as well. Misinformation is a daily struggle so I try to clear it up as much as possible without addressing unnecessary nonsense. You are always welcome to send a quick message if you have any questions I am able to answer.
