Pay-It-Forward House Pay-It-Forward House provides a place of rest and respite for the family members of patients receivin Pay-It-Forward House, NFP is run by staff and volunteers.

Staffing hours can vary, but we can be reached at 815-762-4882. Our funding comes from private donations, local corporate sponsorships and local grants. The generosity of the community members of DeKalb County, as well as the dedication of our many volunteers, make it possible for Pay-It-Forward House to exist and serve our guests. It is our hope that our guests are inspired by their experience at Pay-It-Forward House to someday extend a kindness, large or small, to another person in need,
not to pay back a favor, but to pay it forward and just help out.
