We’d like you to meet Phyllis Wilbanks, our new Family Engagement Coordinator for our Monroe Area units!

“Hello Club Families! My name is Phyllis Wilbanks and I am delighted to join the North BGCOR team as the Family Engagement Coordinator. I am looking forward to serving our clubs and community in this role. My goals include helping to anchor your family to the Club mission of growing your children into Caring, Productive, Responsible citizens. I would like to do this by offering events, activities and educational opportunities that allow you to meet and network with other club families. I would also like to help you grow in your knowledge of club programming so that we can work together to help your child succeed. I am also committed to serving a resource to connect you and your family to community resources available in Monroe County that you may not be aware of.

Parents please read all details!

Please remember that fall enrollment is the 15th at 5:30pm. First come first serve. There will be a line and you will have to fill out paperwork. Please come prepared with a copy (not original) of your child’s immunization record and birth certificate. We will not be accepting them for fall enrollment until we receive all missing documents (immunization records, and birth certificates).

There is a $10 registration fee (cash) at the time of enrollment.

I have attached this years membership form. This is for your own convenience, but not necessary. It is for those parents who might be in a hurry that day. These may not be handed in beforehand, only at the time of registration and those who choose to do this, must still wait in line and may not skip ahead to hand in the form.

All areas of the packet must be filled out and come ready to provide your insurance policy # on the packet.

ATTN!
Added to the packet are instructions on how to join the remind app. Joining the remind app has the same stipulations as birth certificate and shot records. You must join it before your child can attend and before handing in your registration paperwork.

We will be moving away from class dojo and begin using remind. Joining the remind app is a requirement for fall sign ups and is essential to our communication.

The American dental association is coming to provide dental care for children under 18 years of age. There are waivers at the front desk for free dental care. Please take them home!
