Just took in these babies, chica is a blue front amazon, poppy is a red front amazon and then lil cricket is a Senegal parrot or as some some may know them as meyers parrots.

Because bird Haven is a not funded by any organization we use the proceeds from Shucker's Pearl party to pay for the food, vet care and other needed expenses for these feather babies with disabilities.

Took in a love bird with no wings, a rat ate his wings and I bought a yellow love bird so that he would not be alone

Our new rescue spunky brewster, he was attacked by his cage mates and is very loving and loves to sing every morning😍 the white one is snow bird and also is new to us as well.

We take in any unwanted birds, we don't sell but adopt to the right family. We do give them a loving home with our other rescues😍 we feed only the best of seed mixes and fresh fruits

Picked up the cinnamon green cheek conure and common green cheek conure the other day and was tols they r mean, the poor babies were thin. When we got them home they ate like its been awhile and got on my hand with no signs of aggression.... I dont understand why people find it necessary yo lie and mistreat helpless birds

Our most recent rescue " LUNA" was abandoned when her owner died a year ago, with the family feeding her but scared of her she became untrusting and scared. She has been letting me pet her and she will step up onto my arm now..... Shes came along way
