Hello Picett Bay neighbors. I wouldlike to organize a community luminary and neighborhood round robin with appetizers and beverages at different houses. The luminary bags would be simple white lunch bags plaed along the front property line of your home by the road. It would be so beautiful for people to drive through and see all of our neighborhood with luminaries along the road. The date we are looking at is Sunday December 13th.
