Box of Baguettes (BoB) Food Bank

BoB is an unofficial, free, student run food bank located in the Sunderland dorm on Warren Wilson College (WWC) Campus. Every week BoB brings back #BoBWeeklyBounty food to campus from WWC’s Community Partners for students/faculty/staff - giving priority, by default, to those living in Sunderland.

BoB has two locations in Sunderland. The first location contains both perishable and nonperishable items, and is located in the 1st floor commons area. In addition to food, the bins also contain both tech and office supplies for students to use. The second location contains the #BoBEmergencySupply, which is kept in the basement storage room.

BoB posts on Instagram (@box_of_baguettes) whenever new food/tech/office supplies appear, and they ask that student’s inquiries are sent through either DM or text.

The 1st floor commons area portion of BoB has information regarding both WWC’s Community Partners and the Center for Community Engagement (and hopefully will also include information on #WWCZeroWaste in the future), as the goals of BoB are to:
