Last night we were honored by The Rotary Club International with a Humanitarian Award for our tireless work to help the less privileged amongst us. We must all understand that whatever directly affects one affects us all. Thus, it is imperative that we endeavor, no matter how small, to uplift each other.

For Nigerian women, make antenatal care a priority: attend your appointments, take your prescribed medications and supplements, eat well, stay informed, and speak to your healthcare provider whenever something doesn’t feel right. 🩺🏾

And remember—pregnancy is not the time to suffer in silence. Ask questions, share your concerns, and prepare early for delivery. Your health and your baby’s wellbeing come first. 💕🇳🇬
