Walnut Grove PTA is a group of teachers and volunteer parents whose focus is to support the development and education of our students beyond the school curriculum. We support Cultural Arts programs, Reflections and other programs and events throughout the year. We depend not only on parents who volunteer their time, but their financial support as well. • 10:00–11:00 AM — 4th Grade
• 11:00–12:00 PM — 1st Grade
• 12:00–1:00 PM — Self-Contained School Age
• 12:30–1:30 PM — 2nd Grade
• 1:00–2:00 PM — Kindergarten
• 1:15–2:15 PM — 3rd Grade

Thank you for the countless early mornings, packed lunches, homework help, carpool lines, bedtime talks, and the unconditional love you pour into your children each and every day. Your encouragement, sacrifices, and steady presence help shape not only your own children’s lives, but our entire Walnut Grove community.

Today we celebrate the hearts behind so many of our students’ biggest smiles, bravest moments, and sweetest memories.

🌮🐉 Today we closed the final chapter of Teacher Appreciation Week at Walnut Grove with a lunch inspired by Dragons Love Tacos—and what a W***y great way to celebrate!

The Walnut Grove PTA treated our incredible teachers and staff to a delicious lunch from W***y's Mexicana Grill filled with tacos, smiles, and plenty of appreciation.

Because one thing we know for sure… we have some W***y great teachers! 🌮✨

Thank you to our amazing educators and staff for the love, energy, patience, and dedication you pour into our students every single day.

Our last storybook theme is inspired by the fun and fiery Dragons Love Tacos—because what better way to celebrate our incredible teachers than with tacos... and a little dragon-sized appreciation! 🐉🌮

Tomorrow’s student activity is “Let’s Taco ‘Bout a Great Teacher!” Students can fill out the attached activity sheet, add their creativity, and share all the reasons their teacher is so special. 💚

What a fun way to wrap up a week dedicated to the educators who inspire, encourage, and help our students grow every single day.
