Here is Jiji from just the other evening. Our pharmacy closed for good the other day. So there has been a small scramble to find one with reasonable rates for her meds. We had a breakthrough seizure in the wee hours this morning. They happen from time to time, it was a small one, and Andrea no longer goes into fight or flight mode. She does spring from bed or from where ever she is if home, grabs a towel and a wet washcloth and proceeds to get to Jiji and assist her thru it. In the beginning before they were under control it was scary! Now, its old hat, not to say we want them, but they happen. Andrea makes sure there is enough wet food for her to eat when she comes out of it, she also gets an extra dose of her meds. Jiji gets a good face wash to clean up the drool, her toosh gets a clean up as she has likely urinated then the rest gets clean up.
