This Friday, October 9, is our Food Drive for the Interfaith Food Bank. Donations can be dropped off at the Sutter Creek Community Building porch between 10:00 am & 5:00 pm. Attached is a list of most wanted items.

Our blood drive is also at the Community Building from 12:00 – 5:00 pm. There are still a few appointments left.

While you’re downtown, be sure to see all the scarecrows and vote for your favorite. The Sutter Creek Lions' Mr. Scare and Mr. Crow are just down from the Visitor Center.

The Sutter Creek Lions are proud to sponsor a community blood and food drive on Friday, October 9 at the Sutter Creek Community Building, 33 Church St.

As a special Thank You to blood donors, you’ll be able to choose a patriotic charm (while supplies last). We’ll also have popsicles to share — a small treat to brighten your day.

You don’t need to be a blood donor to help. Anyone can drop off food donations for the Interfaith Food Bank. Items may be left on the porch between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. See attached for a list of most wanted non-perishables. Thanks to your generosity, our September 11 drive collected over 60 pounds of food.

The Sutter Creek Lions are proud to announce they have received a grant from the California Lions Foundation to create a “Comfort Pack” for children who travel for cancer treatment outside the county. Working in partnership with Amador’s Heart of Gold and Amador STARS, this project will provide packs for five families.

During our BLOOD DRIVE on SEPTEMBER 11, the Sutter Creek Lions will also be holding a FOOD DRIVE to benefit the Interfaith Food Bank. Bring your donated items to the Sutter Creek Community Building, 33 Church Street, Sutter Creek between the hours of 10:00 am & 5:00 pm. Someone will be on the front porch for collections. PAPER AND PLASTIC BAGS ARE ALSO BEING COLLECTED. Items Must Be Non-Perishable. See attached for "Most Wanted".
