Doolittle Elected to Board
Local Surprise resident Steve Doolittle has been elected to the Surprise Sundancers Board of Directors. Doolittle will serve an initial two year term on the Board.
Originally from Ohio, Steve is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) where he studied Business and Music.
Steve spent over 40 years in the field of Organizational Effectiveness prior to retirement. He has worked with numerous corporations across many industries to develop and execute performance improvement strategies primarily in the areas of sales, leadership, team, and individual effectiveness. He has leveraged his extensive personal experience in corporate sales and sales management, learning and development, and human resources to help guide client initiatives.
Steve has lived nearly 20 years in the city of Surprise where he has been a previous board member on the Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce, a founding committee member of the Taste of Surprise, and most recently Chair of the 2040 City of Surprise General Plan committee.
He is an active volunteer and supporter of Luke Air Force Base. He has served as an Honorary Command Chief of the 56th Fighter Wing, a mentor and facilitator of the Air Power Leadership Academy, and currently as a Blue Blazer.
