Marley Park is a distinctive community in the growing City of Surprise that brings to life the best of what communities used to be. Built with a keen attention to detail, Marley Park emphasizes neighborhood character and diverse architecture - charming homes, tree-lined streets, 12 uniquely themed parks, a private residents' Heritage Club and Heritage Pool House - that fosters an active and caring community for residents today and in the future.

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that AAA will be trimming trees beginning October 9 along Sweetwater Avenue between Reems Road and Bullard Avenue due to the City's street improvement project. This work is necessary to support the project and may result in temporary disruptions in the area.

As a reminder, Sweetwater Avenue will be fully closed on Saturday, October 10, as part of the City's street improvement project. Residents are encouraged to plan accordingly and use alternate routes during the closure.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this work is completed and thank you for your understanding.

Community Entrance Refresh Project Underway

We are excited to share that work has begun on the 2026 Marley Park Entrance Refresh Project.

As part of this effort, landscape removals at the community entrances are starting October 5th. These removals are the first phase of the refresh and will help prepare the areas for upcoming improvements. This work includes removing some of the orange trees that are diseased or in declining health.

Residents may notice landscape crews working throughout the entrance areas during this process. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance the appearance of our community entrances.

We will continue to provide updates as the project progresses and share additional information regarding upcoming improvements.

Thank you for your support as we invest in the continued beauty and appeal of Marley Park.
