Marley Park

Marley Park The official FB page of Marley Park Community Association. The official page of Marley Park.

Marley Park is a distinctive community in the growing City of Surprise that brings to life the best of what communities used to be. Built with a keen attention to detail, Marley Park emphasizes neighborhood character and diverse architecture - charming homes, tree-lined streets, 12 uniquely themed parks, a private residents' Heritage Club and Heritage Pool House - that fosters an active and caring community for residents today and in the future.

Dear Marley Park Residents,

At last night's MPCA Board Meeting, Jake Abramson was appointed to serve the remainder of the Board Member term recently vacated on July 31. This term ends in March 2027, with the next MPCA Board Election.

Thank you to Robert Garbareno and Jack Rolfe for applying to serve and participating in the meeting as well.

The success of our community depends on the willingness of all residents to ask questions, share ideas and get involved as opportunities arise.

Tomorrow Night!!!!

As you might imagine, conducting landscape maintenance for an entire community the size of Marley Park takes coordination, careful planning, and a schedule. Currently, AAA is contracted to work on a schedule that consists of 5-week rotations throughout our community. Marley Park includes approximately 80 acres of shrubs, trees and deconstructed granite. This 5-week rotation allows the crews to focus on these sections one at a time in an effort to complete all areas within the contracted timeframe.

What does this look like on a daily basis? While you may not "see" AAA crew members in front of your home every 5-weeks, they are working in your scheduled area during that timeframe. While they are responsible for trimming shrubs and trees along the back of curb, the area between the street and the sidewalk, a good deal of their time is spent in the neighborhood parks in each section.

If you have questions or feel an area needs attention, please reach out to MPCA Management at [email protected].
