Happy Tuesday!! Have you checked out all that goes on in the library everyday? Been wanting to learn Mah Jongg? Or perhaps you know, and have been looking for a group. Today is your lucky day! The library Mah Jongg group meets at 9:30 am every Tuesday!! Or maybe you love to play Euchre - that group meets at 1pm. Stop by and pick up a monthly calendar. You won’t be sorry.

The Friends of the Surfside Library is honored to have presented 6 graduating seniors from 2 area high schools with $1,500 college scholarships. From Socastee HS, recipients are Emma Willever, Miley Graves, and MacKensie Stanley. From St. James HS, recipients are Laurel Krause, Isabella McBride, and Logyn Rush. Congratulations to all!
The annual scholarships are one way that your FOSL membership benefits our library and our community. Visit the Book Nook in the library and chat with a volunteer about membership.
