Good Evening Marcil Villagers.. It has come to my attention that TULIPS have been planted on the HOA property at the end of the cul de sac of Marcil Lane, between house numbers 146 & 147 Marcil Lane. This has NOT been approved by the HOA board of directors. Not really sure what makes them think this is property that they can do with whatever they see fit. That part of the property is not either 146 or 147’s property. That part is HOA property. With that being said any TULIPS, ROSES, huckleberry bushes need to be removed or will be removed by our Landscaper . Whom ever is responsible for planting in that area should remove and plant on your own property as this is not anyone’s personal property this is property of all of us in this community.
