Superior Rotary Founded in 1912, Superior Rotary Club 40 has over a hundred year tradition of helping our community.

Rotary Club of Superior 40* became a part of Rotary International in 1912 and is today is one of three Wisconsin clubs in the First 100 which includes Superior 40, Milwaukee 57, Madison 71. Superior 40 is on the eastern most border of a large district 5580 which stretches from the border of Montana to Eastern Ontario, Canada. We are proud of our history in this region - we were the first Rotary Cl

ub in the state of Wisconsin chartered in 1912 and sponsored by Rotary Club of Duluth. We are pleased to continue our mission of providing service to others, promoting high ethical standards, and advancing world understanding, goodwill, and peace through fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.

The people of Ukraine have endured four years of war that has touched every part of their lives—affecting families, infrastructure, the environment, and daily routines. The Rotary Club of Superior has committed to supporting a new initiative led by the Rotary Club Ukraine Unity. Their current project aims to install four drinking water fountains at the school in Turynka, a village located about 30 km from Lviv, Ukraine. More than 500 children attend this school, and ensuring they have easy access to clean drinking water throughout the day is a simple yet meaningful investment in their health, well-being, and learning environment.

This project offers another powerful way to stand with Ukraine by supporting children, education, and healthy daily habits. It is a peaceful, practical, and sustainable effort—one whose benefits will be felt every school day for years to come. The goal is to provide four water fountains, recognizing that clean water is a basic necessity we often take for granted.
